Scoping, Concept Design, Feasibility & Planning
For larger projects we will begin in the concept design and planning phase. This is typically done when it’s a ground up factory build or when there are multiple options on the table. We will sit down with you and your team to find out about your growth plans and further understand your business model and process.
With this understanding we are able to translate your requirements into initial concept designs or architectural designs for planning. We will then take care of submitting these plans to your local council along with documentation to provide the strongest case for approval.

Detailed Design
We usually start here when a project doesn’t require planning permission for a ground up build or extension, or once planning permission has been secured. Whether your project is to build a new food factory from the ground up, fit out current space you have in your premises, or transform a new unit into a food production facility, detailed construction drawings are now required. This is crucial to ensure that every detail is taken care of and your finished factory will meet your requirements.
This is a collaborative process, where our design team work alongside you over a period of 6-8 weeks to bring your vision to life. At the end of this phase, you will be presented with a full set of detailed construction drawings alongside a comprehensive scope of works and fixed proposal for the build and fit-out phases.
